The SONIQ Club Member Service is offered to you under the following terms and conditions, along with any amendments thereto, and any operating rules or policies as prescribed by individual applications or such rules that may be published from time to time by SONIQ AV.com or any of its affiliates and/or subsidiary (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of use "). MEMBER ACCOUNT SECURITY

To use our Service, you must complete a registration form. You will select a password upon registration. At the time of registration and at various times when using any homepage under the name of SONIQ ), you will be asked to provide SONIQ with personally identifiable information including, without limitation, your name, date of birth, gender, contact information, e-mail address, credit card details ("Information"). If this is not the case or SONIQ has reasonable grounds to suspect as such, SONIQ has the right to cancel your registration. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any material or the Information placed by you on the Web Site.

You are aware that any  Information supplied by you will be retained by SONIQ and will be  accessible to the SONIQ employees  (including any employees of any holding, subsidiary or associated companies) and  other persons or bodies corporate  engaged by SONIQ for or in relation to any of the purposes listed above or to  third parties as stated in the  Privacy Policy Statement  as set out hereinafter and you authorise SONIQ to disclose all or any part of the Information provided by you to such third parties. You agree that SONIQ may release your Information when such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our User agreements, (iii) protect the rights, property or interest of SONIQ or our users or (iv) in compliance with our Privacy Policy Statement. You are aware of your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to have access to your Information held by SONIQ, to request correction of your Information, to be informed of action taken in response to any such request and/or request that there be attached to your Information a statement which you can supply SONIQ relating to the fact that you have requested a correction. You agree to pay SONIQ the reasonable charges requested by SONIQ in relation to the time and attendances involved in complying with your request in this regard. Given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that the transmission of data is 100% secure. However, we shall take all practicable steps to ensure that any Information collected by us via the Web Site is safe and secure from third party interference. Once we have received such Information, we will maintain this Information according to our usual strict security and confidentiality standards.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.  We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
